Australian furniture brand, Blu Dot delivers the new configurable seating system, the Chassis Collection: bold, refined and wonderfully uncomplicated.
The Chassis Collection by Blu Dot is not your typical seating range. Contemporary and highly versatile, Chassis is the Australian furniture brand’s latest configurable seating system that elevates the everyday experience.
Determined to create a simple, non-complex structure, Blu Dot meticulously crafted Chassis with only a limited number of parts. The success of its design lies in its sculptural metal frame system that delivers superior functionality with a style that didn’t overwhelm the user or its surroundings.
The modularity and flexibility of Chassis allows it to be configured in a variety of ways; from simple lounge chairs; to larger sectionals; to an entire living room within itself; and all the way through to really large multi-sided island pieces with limited unique components. You decide.
Lightweight and elemental in form, loose seat and back cushions are paired with a fabric back sling to tie the components together – creating a refined design. The single cushion is reversible, giving the user the choice to position it either on the right or left side. Created with a feather, fibre and foam blend, the canvas-like cushions put relaxation at the forefront with premium comfort. And comfort at the forefront.
Chassis also comes with an optional drop-in White-Oak Timber table insert for a touch of functionality and style. The overall look is casual and uncomplicated – making Chassis the perfect addition to any environment.
