Plenty of cake was shared at Poltrona Frau’s Singapore flagship store on Thursday 8 November.
November 8th, 2012
Way back in 1912, Renzo Frau established Poltrona Frau in Turin, Italy. To celebrate the furniture brand’s centenary, a cake-cutting ceremony was held at its Scotts Square flagship store.
Showcased for the first time in Singapore were the 1919 Armchair upholstered with the new Pelle Frau Century Leather, and the Juliet Armchair designed by Benjamin Hubert – the winner of Poltrona Frau’s 100th Anniversary Centenary Competition. Also exhibited was the Vanity Fair Armchair in 3 work-in-progress versions, which illustrated the craftsmanship involved in its making.
