Echolinear is the stylish and environmentally-friendly choice for acoustic panelling.
March 29th, 2011
The Gold Coast’s newly refurbished Carrara Stadium – a 25,000-seat venue for AFL, Twenty-20 and international cricket and major outdoor concerts – needed a sophisticated acoustic panelling for reducing background noise.
Echolinear from Elton Group was chosen for its sophisticated linear aesthetics, superior sound reduction and environmental credentials.
Precision-cut millings, together with a timber substrate, minimise noise effectively while imbuing the space with a pleasing warmth and timbre.
Quick and easy to install, Echolinear panels are 100% demountable, using a revolutionary system of seamless, slotted sound absorbent timber planks, over 4 metres in length, which clip to its own concealed fix framework.
Available in a wide range of finishes, planks in white and oak were available for delivery to Carrara Stadium within a week of order.
Made from E0, 100% FSC pure board, and MR, Echolinear acoustic panels are an outstanding sustainable solution and can be used for both ceilings and walls in a wide variety of settings, including auditoriums, public spaces, homes, restaurants and cinemas.
