Following five years of collaboration, i2C has formally joined forces with Ryder Architecture to form Ryder Alliance. Ryder Alliance includes i2C in Australia, Ryder Architecture in the UK, Hong Kong and like-minded firms across Europe.

The group of entrepreneurial firms will engage in a global collaboration using research and advanced technologies to redefine architectural practice.

At the core of the Ryder Alliance we welcome BIM Academy to Australian shores, this is a new centre for excellence for Building Information Modelling (BIM) through research, education and consultancy.
The innovative work of BIM Academy is important in the future development of digital engineering and will ensure the development of future methodologies and practices.
While in mainland Europe links are being forged with firms such as Ravetllat Ribas Arquitectura in Spain who bring to the alliance their own specialised skills.

The local workforce of i2C has also expanded with the appointment of experienced architect Ines Benavente Molina and interior designer Magdalena Uscinowicz.
Ines has a wealth of experience gained over two decades across all phases of design and construction including large-‐scale retail and residential developments in Europe. Magdalena joins i2C from Canada where she has undertaken major design projects including York Lanes Retail Centre at York University and the Bombardier Aerospace Engineering Facility.
