The new Kitchen Gallery by Space Furniture is dedicated to exhibiting the latest Varenna kitchen systems by Poliform.
August 2nd, 2016
For more than a decade, Space Furniture Singapore has been representing Italian kitchen brand Varenna by Poliform exclusively. Sought after for its durability, refined detailing and strong design, the premium Italian brand has collaborated with the likes of luminaries such as Daniel Libeskind, Paolo Piva and Carlo Colombo.
Taking the brand’s presence in Singapore a step further, Space has launched a Kitchen Gallery that occupies an entire level in the Space Asia Hub at Bencoolen Street. Located within The Villa building, the 2,700-square-foot Gallery was conceived as a new destination for premium kitchens in Singapore and beyond.
Visitors will get to touch, see and experience a comprehensive range of kitchen models by Varenna, including the coveted Trail and Twelve by renowned Italian architect Carlo Colombo, a frequent collaborator of Poliform.
An extensive selection of material finishes, such as black elm wood, solid walnut, anodised aluminium frames and fume reflective glass are on display, allowing visitors to more fully visualise the possibilities available to them.
Based on the philosophy that a “well-designed kitchen should function as well as it looks”, the Gallery will also offer a wide range of solutions to facilitate the way one navigates within the kitchen.
Some features of a Varenna kitchen include open cabinets and drawers that enable personalisation with specialised accessories, such as wine glass holders and wicker baskets; fully-extractable revolving baskets to optimise storage corners; and drawer units with push and pull opening mechanisms designed for convenient access.
Varenna kitchens have been featured in high-end residential and condominium project fit-outs by developers such as CDL, Hong How, Keppel Land, YTL and Ho Bee to name a few.
Visitors can also make an appointment for a dedicated walk-through of the Varenna Kitchen Gallery by a kitchen specialist.
