To mark the launch of its cutting-edge PureLine range in Hong Kong, Miele welcomes over 150 guests to an evening of ‘Pure Indulgence’.
November 11th, 2013
Held at The Space in Hollywood Road, Miele captured the theme by treating guests to a menu of decadent delights. Chef Janice Wong, awarded Asia’s Best Pastry Chef, created the evening’s canapés while Pierre Hermé Paris added a sweet touch with a range of macaroons and chocolates. Throughout the evening, Sarment’s expert team of sommeliers paired fine wines with fabulous food and Chef Peter Find from The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong delighted guests with an appetising selection of hors d’oeuvres.
