Celebrated Sydney Designer Vince Frost, Creative Director and Chairman of Frost* in Surry Hills, has today been made an Honarary Fellow of the International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD), in recognition of his contribution to the typographic industry.
Frost was nominated by the board of the London-based ISTD – the only way to receive the honour. This is the first time ever that an Australian has been awarded and honorary fellowship.
“As a designer, typography has always been my passion,” said Frost. “This is a really nice surprise.”
The ISTD was founded in 1928 and consists of over 600 professional members worldwide.
