pyd. will be holding their first designer markets on Sunday 26 October 2008. The markets will be a part of the Danks Street Festival, produced by the City of Sydney.
Bounded by Phillip, Young and Danks Streets (hence the name) pyd. are an interior design and decor company.
The Danks Street Festival is expected to draw a crowd of over 30 000 people. The markets offer the opportunity for young and emerging designers to be seen and launch their products into the Sydney market.
"Our focus is young budding artists, furniture designers and industrial design products of original quality that will reinforce the existing mix of the Danks Street / Young Street precinct. Preference will be given to stallholders offering quality, contemporary and unique homewares, gifts, furniture, fabrics, and lifestyle products."
When: Sunday 26th October 2008, 11am to 4pm
Where: pyd building, 197 Young Street, Waterloo 2017
Costs: Stalls will be allocated to the first 80 approved applicants. Students must present a student card to obtain student discount rates.
