On Friday night, 27 October 2017, Proof Living celebrated the arrival of Walter Knoll’s 2017 collection with an elaborate evening of pampering themed ‘Lap of Luxury’. For the event, Proof invited six luxury lifestyle partners to introduce guests to a wide spectrum of luxury services they can enjoy at home.
French luxury audio brand Devialet simulated a live concert using its latest range of speakers. Frednology introduced Fred – a smart mirror with a one-touch information and health tracker that would stay clear in a misty bathroom environment.
At one corner, the Outcall Spa massaged the tension of the business hours away from guests’ heads and shoulders, giving them a little taste of the full spa experience it brings to clients’ own homes. Meanwhile, Ignite VR took guests underwater to interact with a friendly whale and gave them a chance to relieve stress with an immersive shooting game.
A voice-control demo from smart home technology providers iHOME and Somfy and a selection of canapés prepared and plated by chef service Clubvivre rounded off the luxury experience.
