“The well-known London eatery, Ottolenghi was the inspiration behind Nick Kiourkas’ Moresish Foods concept.
“The brief was to design a warm, inviting and contemporary retail space for freshly prepared gourmet food. The use of timber and dark stone formed the basis of the palette, whilst the rustic 100-year-old solid timber table surrounded by black Tolix chairs created a welcoming communal dining area.
“In addition the branding and packaging design was developed by Morris Selvatico to ensure a cohesive design solution.”
