Entries to Big River’s Timber to Tokyo Competition close on Thursday 31 March 2011.
The brief is to design an innovative piece from Big River ArmourPanel or ArmourFloor, taking into consideration form and function.
The theme for the concept is re:new, and the piece should consist of no less than 75% Big River ArmourPanel and/or ArmourFloor.
3 finalists will have their pieces manufactured and displayed at a participating showroom at Saturday in Design in Sydney on 20 August 2011.
The major prize winner will receive a trip to Tokyo Designers Week in October 2011, with return airfares, accommodation, breakfast, entry to Designers Week and $1000 spending money all included.
With its exceptional durability and adaptability to a range of uses, ArmourPanel and ArmourFloor carry countless design possibilities.
