Gaggenau’s new series ovens feature a discreet and seamless design, proving an elegant addition to the modern kitchen.
May 8th, 2014
Gaggenau’s new 200 series ovens feature a revolutionary design that allows all appliances to be built in flush with their surroundings. Adding to this discreet design feature is the introduction of two new fascia colours – Gaggenau Anthracite or Metallic – and Gaggenau’s TFT touch screen display.
Perfectly designed to satisfy various culinary styles and preferences, the 60 cm-wide ovens are available with full glass fronts and feature doors that open up to an angle of 110 degrees for optimum access. Possessing the flexibility to be built into wall cabinets either beside or over one another, the ovens can also be installed under the worktop or can be arranged with any other appliances from the 200 series to create the perfect unit.
The 200 series oven range consists of ovens, Combi-steam ovens and Combi-microwave ovens and is complimented with a range of microwaves, fully automatic espresso machines and warming drawers.
Gaggenau BOP 220 and BOP 221 ovens offer a net oven volume of 76 litres and 9 heating methods with baking stone function. The appliances are equipped with an electronic temperature control from 30 °C to 300 °C and pyrolytic self-cleaning.
Gaggenau’s BSP 250 and BSP 251 Combi-steam ovens offer hot air from 30 °C to 230 °C which can be regulated electronically, and combined with 0%, 30%, 60%, 80% or 100% humidity to allow steaming without pressure. The stainless steel cooking interior has a net volume of 43 litres.
Gaggenau BMP 250 and BMP 251 Combi-microwave ovens offer single or combined microwave, grill and oven operation with up to 5 operating modes.
