Portable are bringing design guru Frank Chimero to Australia as part of their Portable Talks series.
May 22nd, 2012
New York-based Frank Chimero has worked as a designer, illustrator and strategist for brands including the New York Times, Facebook and WIRED.
Earlier this month Chimero launched his book The Shape of Design, where he explores the idea that logic may not always be the best way to solve design problems.
In a series of talks presented by Portable in association with VIVID Ideas, Chimero will look at design and its role within larger systems, discussing the patterns of good design, choices that we make in design and how it can influence change.
Join Chimero for a keynote presentation, Q&A and networking drinks in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Tickets are available via the Portable website.
