SL2.0 provides high quality design solutions for mid- to high-end residential market in Mainland China.

As a response to the increased urbanisation, the rise of young middle-class clientele and surging demands for mid- to upper-end housing in Mainland China, Steve Leung Design Group (SLD) launches a new design brand, SL2.0, to meet the emerging market needs.
The Hong Kong listed company’s newest addition catering to the sophisticated and well-read urban professionals reimagines the region’s traditional luxury design residential experience by delivering diversified and refined aesthetics that embody modern living. Some of SL2.0 signature projects include Sunshine City, Oriental Mansion in Beijing, Pinghu Baoneng City Exhibition Hall in Shenzhen and The New Canton Mansion in Guangzhou.
To this new generation dwellers, quality design is a necessity, not a luxury. Characterised by different outlooks and ambitions on life, they are seeking for bespoke solutions that reflect their individualities and lifestyle needs. Thus, New Market, New Trend, New Thinking becomes the concept behind SL2.0, which exemplifies the Group’s people-oriented design thinking.
In addition, SL2.0 puts into practice the Group’s philosophy of ‘Design Without Limits’. “We embrace the spirit of breaking boundaries and exploring alternative solutions far from conventional mindsets and approaches,” shares Mr. Chong Chiu Fung, Chief Creative Officer of Steve Leung Design Group. “We believe that SL2.0 is set to become a new design force, injecting a wave of unique energy into the design industry and residential market.”
SL2.0 is truly the embodiment of ‘for the young professionals by the young professionals’. The SL2.0 team is mainly composed of elite young designers with rich creativity and excellent execution ability under the Group’s cultivation for years.
Founded in 1997, SLD officially entered the Mainland China market in 2000. With diversification, specialisation and internationalisation being the key directions of business development, the Group encompasses 12 brands providing top notch design services across different categories while showcasing multi-dimensional thinking on living and design.
