The former publisher of Wallpaper magazine leaves to focus on the development of his creative consultancy ’Announcement’, which he has run alongside Established & Sons since 2003.
“I’m extremely proud of what I’ve achieved at Established & Sons, to create an internationally respected brand from ground up is a major achievement in today’s climate,” said Willis.
“The company’s contribution to the design industry has been enormous and I’d like to thank my team and the designers I’ve worked with for their support. I wish the business the best for the future and hope they can continue with what has been created”.
Willis remains an equity share holder in Established & Sons, but will have no further role to play in the direction and operations of the business.
