The new multi-functional oven by Bosch performs the following tasks: microwave, steam, roast and bake.
May 21st, 2015
The latest built-in Series 8 ovens by Bosch feature 21 new technologies. Designed to be efficient for the kitchen novice or seasoned cook, the new series stays true to Bosch’s minimal and intuitive user interface. The combination of its cutting-edge functions, high resolution displays, full metal surfaces, glass touch buttons and brushed stainless steel control rings ensured that it was granted the 2015 German Design Award.
Here are some noteworthy features:
4D Hot Air
Ensuring well balanced cooking results, the 4D Hot Air provides consistent heating through a symmetrical and alternating fan, driven by the EcoSilence Drive motor. Cooking trays can now be placed on any of the oven’s four baking and roasting levels.
Baking and Roasting
The PerfectBake sensor ensures moisure levels are regulated in the oven cavity. One can select their desired bake-type where the oven automatically sets the ideal heat mode, temperature and duration. The PerfectRoast measures the core temperature of meat and provides a sense of meat doneness at three points.

Steam-baking
With an integrated steam injecting function, in combination with the hot air technology, the Series 8 is ideal for cooking meat. It can also be used to steam vegetables and fish traditionally.
Bosch’s latest Series 8 oven comes in a total of 11 sleek models, designed to blend seamlessly into any kitchen.
