Product Description
LINAK DESKLINE LC1 – Power and Stability for Ergonomic Workspaces
The LC1 DESKLINE™ lifting column provides the strength and stability needed for demanding height-adjustable environments. Engineered as a 3-stage aluminium column, it delivers exceptional performance, with up to 4,000 N push force (with a 6 mm spindle) and 2,500 N push with a 10 mm spindle, addressing the needs of heavy-duty desks, industrial workstations, and multi-user consoles.
Despite its power, the LC1’s design maintains a compact footprint: the installation length is 560 mm, or 518 mm for BIFMA-compliant versions, while offering a 650 mm stroke (665 mm BIFMA)—ensuring complete ergonomic flexibility without compromising space. The outer profile features triple-side grooves, enabling easy attachment of crossbars, custom enclosures, or end-plate kits to tailor the column to bespoke applications.
Durability comes built-in with an integrated control interface via the LINAK DESKLINE Control Box (CBD6S), ensuring synchronised motion, quiet operation, and optional Desk Sensor™ anti-collision for user and product safety. The LC1 is suited for single-, tandem-, triple-, or even 16-column parallel configurations, offering scalable support for desks and benches in commercial and industrial environments.
Technical specifications include a 24 V DC motor, spindle pitches of 6 mm or 10 mm, and a dynamic bending moment capacity of 250 Nm—ideal for off-centre loads. The unit weighs approximately 12.5 kg, featuring anodised aluminium with grey covers and zinc-grey end plates in its standard colour finish.
Designed to meet industry needs, the LC1 supports duty cycles up to 10% (2 min operation, 18 min rest) and operates within standard indoor ranges (5–40 °C). Perfect for ergonomic, heavy-load projects, the LC1 ensures strength, flexibility, and seamless integration with LINAK DESKLINE® systems.
