Lauded as the youngest and most experimental programme of Milan Design Week, Ventura Lambrate offers emerging and established designers a contemporary platform to showcase avant-garde ideas and niche projects.
January 17th, 2017
Taking place from 4 to 9 April 2017, Ventura Lambrate is the place to discover diverse up-and-coming designers from around the world. With an industrial and vibrant creative atmosphere, the event has been lauded by past exhibitors and visitors as young, daring and inspiring.
As the Organisation in Design makes its selection out of a large pool of submissions for this year’s event, fair-goers can expect the return of the Thailand Trade Office, who will present ‘Slow Hand Design 2017: TRANSOUVENIRS’, a fun market exhibition featuring eclectic and artisanal Thai products. A nod to small-scale production, Studio Plott will showcase various rugs featuring unique patterns materialised out of 3D printing.
Held at 21 different locations across Via Ventura, Via Massimiano and Via Privata Oslavia, Ventura Lambrate 2017 will focus on outdoor activities. Some locations will have festive areas for visitors to linger and socialise, all in the spirit of celebrating creativity and design.
