Bespoke Habitat Signatures is intended for the working segment of the population who prefer space and privacy over community living.

In response to the growing space constraints and limited availability of short-term accommodations in Singapore, Bespoke Habitat, a pioneering co-living start-up and property management company, is revolutionising the real estate market by expanding into landed properties. By introducing Bespoke Habitat Signatures, the company aims to offer residents the luxury of space without compromising affordability.
Nestled in the prime location of Pasir Panjang, Bespoke Habitat’s current units at 406 C, D, E & F Pasir Panjang Road have been thoughtfully designed to provide a serene environment while maximising limited spaces. These units boast high-concept functional furniture and modern tech-enabled living solutions, enhancing the overall staying experience. Furthermore, Bespoke Habitat provides full-fledged in-house cleaning services like Bespoke CleanPro and BH Aircon Solutions, ensuring a technologically advanced and convenient approach to maintaining the units. Tenants and owners can access an app to monitor the status of services and cleaning for their respective units.
Setting itself apart from other operators, Bespoke Habitat insources all its services, operating under its own subsidiaries. This unique approach enhances communication, convenience, and tech features between tenants and owners, elevating Bespoke Habitat Signatures beyond mere rentals to a form of extended stay hotels.
Bespoke Habitat Signatures specifically caters to the working segment of the population, targeting senior executives and professionals who prioritise spacious accommodations and privacy. These properties offer a quiet retreat for those seeking respite from community living. With Pasir Panjang’s proximity to modern lifestyle enclaves and a range of amenities and activities, the units provide an ideal location for residents. Moreover, the monthly rent covers all essential amenities, including laundry, housekeeping, logistics, moving services, and in-house handyman services. The starting rate for these premium offerings is set at S$2,800.
Ernee Ong, Co-Founder of Bespoke Habitat, commented, “Our research reveals a clear shift in people’s preferences for their living spaces. They yearn for options, ample space, and tranquillity that extends beyond the boundaries of condos and includes landed properties. The luxury of space enables individuals to embrace location-independent lifestyles without compromising their quality of life.”
Ong further emphasised the evolving landscape of co-living, noting the revolution brought about by the rise of hybrid work lifestyles. As skyrocketing rents diminish the appeal of homeownership, the demand for alternative living arrangements continues to grow. Furthermore, the recent Budget 2023 announcement, which includes tax hikes for higher value properties, has prompted individuals to reassess their investment choices and reconsider where they choose to reside. This shift may result in a slight delay in home ownership as prospective buyers strive to save up for down payment amounts, leading them to seek temporary rental accommodations.
Each room in the Bespoke Signatures collection has been meticulously designed to prioritise functionality and provide private spaces tailored to the needs of working professionals. Ranging from 350 sqft to 450 sqft, these rooms feature exquisite interior design, exceptional comfort, and individuality. To promote both relaxation and productivity, Bespoke Habitat ensures that communal spaces cater to the diverse needs of its residents.
The company aims to onboard five buildings under Bespoke Habitat Signature by 2023 and is also expanding to Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.
