Earlier this month, Gaggenau, renowned for its luxury kitchen appliances, unveiled its latest innovations at the annual experiential event hosted in Singapore. The exclusive gathering took place at the sophisticated Supply & Demand, Esplanade, drawing notable members from the design industry. Also in attendance was Martin A Jaeger, Head of ASEAN and CEO of BSH Singapore.
The ambience of the Italian trattoria’s rooftop was transformed into a mesmerising setting with fresh flowers and foliage suspended from the ceiling, creating an elegant backdrop to showcase Gaggenau’s new flex induction cooktop with an integrated ventilation system from the 400 series. The spotlight also shone on the 76-centimetre oven from the same series, showcasing the brand’s commitment to cutting-edge culinary solutions.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, accompanied by the melodic notes of jazz, and with the iconic Marina Bay Sands in the backdrop, the event truly came to life. Guests were treated to an exquisite culinary experience, skilfully crafted by Chef Wu Si Han, Gaggenau’s first Singaporean culinary partner and the chef-owner of Supply & Demand, Esplanade.
