MPavilion’s MRelay event returns with a day-long design talk-fest on Saturday 30 January 2016 from 11am to 11pm, forming the main closing event of MPavilion’s 2015 program.

Consisting of a marathon day of conversations where guests pass the microphone from one speaker to the next, MRelay brings together 32 leading Australian and International thinkers, philosophers, fashionistas, mavericks, activists, provocateurs and architects to share insights and ideas throughout the day structured around four themes — Habitat, Ritual, Transformation and Utopia.
Guest speakers include MPavilion’s founder Naomi Milgrom AO; Australian actress Rachel Griffiths; UK’s foremost authority on retail and brand communication Mary Portas; British inventor of the 3D Weaving Machine Oluwaseyi Sosanya; Paul Stoller of Atelier Ten; executive chef and owner of award winning Melbourne restaurants Andrew McConnell; indigenous artist Reko Rennie; Rob Adams, Melbourne’s Director of City Design; Michael Williams, Director of the Wheeler Centre and artistic director Robyn Archer AO.
