ASEAN’s largest international exhibition on LED products and technology is making its way to Bangkok in May. Here are some highlights to look forward to.
February 22nd, 2018
Scheduled to run from 10 to 12 May 2018 at Bangkok’s Impact Exhibition and Convention Centre, the LED Expo Thailand 2018 will welcome over 300 exhibitors displaying the latest and brightest in LED market and technology.
The expo aims to support and accelerate this upswing by providing a dynamic hub for LED and lighting companies, mainly from South East Asian markets, to congregate, promote and partner with neighbouring LED markets at a niche level.
Highlights will include iLight Connect: International LED Summit which will include panel discussions that bring together designers, owners and operators to share about the latest implementations of LED technology.
Focusing on the ‘Future of LED’, the summit will include four sessions: ‘IoT and the Future of Lighting’, ‘Smart Lighting – Opportunities and Constraints’, ‘Lighting Festivals – Beyond the Wow Factor’, and ‘Hotel Value Creation Through Lighting Design’.
The three-day trade fair also aims to demonstrate the ‘Future of LED for a Smart Living’. Highlights will include: the Solar Zone (an area dedicated to solar LED products and services), the Dealers and Distributors Zone, LoT (LED of Things), the LED Café, Lighting & Energy Saving Consultation Service, two LED summits (one covering local Thai market and the other international market), an Architectural Design Village and a VIP Buyer Program.
