Much of our time is spent sitting down and immersed in technology from smartphones to desktops – about 70 per cent of Singapore’s working professionals suffer from neck and shoulder pain.
In a recent Sitting IN Shape workshop, Wilkhahn hosted special guest speaker Dr Gary Tho, founder of ChiroWorks and the author of The Pain-Free Desk Warrior, Free Yourself From Aches And Pains.
During the useful session, Tho addressed common sitting errors and offered tips on how to lead a healthier work life. His list includes investing in a good chair, knowing how to sit, and sitting for no more than four hours straight.
