Ten Wylde Street, the latest development from Ashington, sees fashion icon Alex Perry shining on a new stage.
August 12th, 2008
Following the record $20 million off-market sale of the penthouse, Ten Wylde Street in Potts Point has been officially launched for sale by Ashington developers.
The 10 luxury apartments are a collaboration by architecture firm Tzannes Associates with interiors by celebrity fashion designer Alex Perry. This is Perry’s first foray into luxury interior design.
“Having Alex Perry on board has brought a unique and dynamic perspective to the design process that will significantly enhance the interiors of each individual home at Ten Wylde Street,” says Ashington’s Executive Directors Mr Craig Minahan.
Perry brings his flare for the opulent world of fashion to the interior design at Ten Wylde Street, saying he aims to create “incredibly glamorous environments… homes that welcome, define and embrace their owners.”
Due for completion in late 2009, the $70 million development has sweeping 270-degree views across Rushcutters Bay and to the Harbour Bridge and city skyline.
