Calling all emerging designers! This is your chance to win a 1-on-1 session with acclaimed designer Yves Béhar.
January 31st, 2011
Béhar is the head of San Francisco design studio fuseproject, and has worked with brands including Herman Miller, Swarovski and Mini Cooper.
If you are an emerging designer (furniture, product, architecture, interior, graphic or fashion) or creative based in Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney or Melbourne, post an example of your work and link to the Herman Miller Asia Pacific Facebook page.
The winner will have the chance for a 1-on-1 mentoring session with Béhar and will receive an iconic SAYL chair.
3 runners up will also receive a SAYL chair and have their work featured on the Herman Miller Asia Pacific blog.
Competition judges are looking for submissions that bring a story to life; creatively express how design can make a positive difference in the world, and inspire the readership (judged on the number of comments and ’likes’ received).
Entries close on 10 February 2011, with the winner announced on Facebook on 13 February 2011. Don’t miss out on this opportunity of a lifetime!
