The inaugural SID Awards will recognise the strengths of the events exhibitors

As Saturday In Design’s program continues to grow, it is undeniable that the efforts of exhibitors and contributors are integral in making the event the success that it is.
In line with the exceptional standard of products launched and the creation of exemplary exhibits as part of The Project, the Saturday In Design Awards will be inaugurated in 2012, crediting brilliance in the design community.
The commitment, creativity and support that exhibitors contribute to the event will be awarded in the following categories:
1. Saturday in Design award for best showroom experience 2012
2. The Project award for best collaboration of the year 2012
3. The Indesign award for best commercial product launch 2012
4. DQ award for best Australian product launch 2012
5. Habitus award for best residential product launch 2012
The judging panel will be made up of key industry figures, designers, architects and other qualified design industry guests, as well as members from the Indesign editorial team.
