To be held on 28 June, this year’s congress looks to discuss how Singapore is sneaking ahead as the most popular place for companies to expand in Asia.
June 14th, 2012
Singapore’s plan for urban development is to have more and more businesses move out of the CBD and into live work play communities in new town centres. Against this backdrop, the 2nd Annual Asia Office Space Congress will cover the new location plans and how they will impact the world of work.
The congress also promises to be a heated discussion as some of the top thought leaders in the industry gather to talk about the pros and cons of working in Singapore and Hong Kong from a corporate real estate and workplace perspective.
End-users will talk about their massive upcoming relocation projects, and what they really want from their vendors. Also covered will be the ways in which real estate, engineering, facilities and projects teams can work together better.
Speakers include Lynette Leong, CEO of CapitaLand Commercial Management Trust; Chris Archibold, International Director (Head of Markets) at Jones Lang LaSalle; Larissa Murphy, Director at HBO+EMTB; and Colin Seah, founder of Ministry of Design, among others.
