With more than 140 products showcased in the 224 page catalogue, choosing and specifying for projects has never been easier. For commercial projects the new Elki range includes workstations, desks and tables that are complemented by Vada, a storage and display system designed and developed in Krost’s Sydney facility. As a local manufacturer, Krost also has the ability to design and produce custom joinery. The company has built software that allows for instantaneous design and quote from a customer’s floor plan and ideas and this ground-breaking system translates into benefits such as prompt ordering and the provision of product within fast lead times.
As there is a product for every commercial project, Krost has now extended its capabilities and reach, venturing into the hopsitality segment and launching crossover products that bridge the gap between commercial lunch spaces, cafes and restaurants. These days with commercial design reflecting a more residential style for relaxation, break out and food areas, Krost is now perfectly placed to deliver every style of product required. To illustrate this, hospitality venues would benefit from the inclusion of the Classic Banquet that is designed and manufactured locally. The seating style caters for small and large settings and can be customised to suit every requirement; Or perhaps the Poppi chair, suitable for indoors and outdoors. It is lightweight, durable with clean contemporary lines and suitable for any venue.
With natural materials a key driver for a sustainable future, the new products in this years catalogue incorporate such materials as wood, terazzo and porcelain. For example, the Wiz table reflects these materials and is available in a unique selection of round and square terrazo or Carrera porcelain tops and the four star base, in white or black, includes a level adjustment feature.
Krost’s commitment to the environment is profound and on going, and to exemplify this, furniture is designed to be reusable and recyclable. Krost understands that not only is the materiality of products important but of equal value are lifespan, adaptability and versatility.
