Vertilux roller blinds are an essential component of Perth’s one40william development.
November 30th, 2011
A recent addition to Perth’s urban fabric, the HASSELL-designed one40william has already reached iconic status, setting new benchmarks in economically and environmentally sustainable development in Western Australia.
When, on moving in, tenants discovered that the building’s self-shading techniques and single glazed façade weren’t enough to keep out the glare of the summer sun, the search was on to find a blind supplier who could provide over 2,200 Green Star compliant blinds within a short time frame to shield the already occupied offices.
Stepping up to the challenge were Vertilux who, with the expertise of Neylor Architectural Shading, installed perimeter blinds for 35,000 sqm of commercial space within 3 months.
On completion, the project was praised for the efficiency with which it was delivered and the quality of the Vertilux products – Easydrive, Easydrive Spring Assist, Single Fascia Kassett and Motorised Roller Blind Systems.
