BVN architects raise funds for Starlight Children’s Foundation
December 25th, 2007
Sixteen property professionals were seen leaping down buildings in Melbourne on December 6, 2007.
Melbourne’s inaugural Star Jump for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, saw professionals from Architectural firm Bligh Voller Nield (BVN) literally jump at the chance to raise money for the great cause.
BVN’s principal architect Ninotschka Titchkosky joined fellow ‘starchitects’ Kate Grenville, Mick Fischer-Brunkow and Shelly Campton, to abseil down the 53 storeys of the Sofitel building at Collins Place.
The participants raised funds through sponsorship, with all proceeds going to the Starlight Foundation. The charity brightens the lives of seriously ill, hospitalised children, by giving them fun and innovative programs to restore the laughter and joy that serious illness takes away.
