Jak+Jil is a contemporary collection that captures the spirit of outdoor living.
May 21st, 2009
Designed by Justin Hutchinson for Tait, this interior/exterior set has both attitude and personality. Suitable for all occasions, Jak+Jil is playful yet sophisticated, robust yet refined, sleek yet charismatic.
This distinctive new collection of tables and chairs caters to any design need. Whether it be bar-side or cafeteria, urban balcony or country garden, contemporary restaurant or heritage home, Jak+Jil is sure to give the space an edge.
Tait’s products are all locally designed and manufactured, and this new release is no exception. Telling the Australian story yet still embodying the sensibility associated with European design, Jak+Jil utilises the very latest in construction techniques. Style, quality and durability are ensured through the use of zinc-plated steel and new technology powder coating.
The demands of outdoor living and entertaining are sure to be met through the seamlessly designed spun-metal or compact laminate tops of the Jil tables, which come in a range of colours and sizes (750mm, 900mm and 1150mm plus bar height of 1050).
Jak chairs can be mixed and matched: a wide variety of colours and the availability of low or high back chairs and bar stools will ensure that this collection makes the right statement in any environment.
