Emerging Aussie artist prepares for her first solo expo in Sydney

Using gentle loops made from soft black rubber, Adelaide artist Tassia Joannides is set to captivate audiences with her wearable sculptures in her first solo exhibition this November.
On display at Sydney’s Pablo Fanque jewellery gallery from 13 November, ‘Gentle Black’ is the culmination of Joannides’ work to date, reflecting three years of training and working at Australia’s JamFactory Contemporary Craft and Design Centre.
Promising to conjure an alluring and exciting response, the ‘Gentle Black’ exhibition will be in Sydney until 9 December 2007.
