Luxx Box has rolled ten years experience manufacturing functional, contemporary furniture and rolled it an imaginative and well balanced new chair range.

Luxxbox’s new ‘Pillow’ collection is deceiving at first. What initially looks like a soft upholstered top is really aheavy duty moulded seat which adds a definitive durability to what is a curvaceous low profile chair, stoolor high chair.
The beauty of this seemingly delicate design is the juxtaposition of several high performing materials, with the leg variations including natural or black stained American Oak or the impressive copper legs. It’s this versatility within the range and countless color configurations which allows it to extend to indoor and outdoor applications both in residential and commercial settings.
Luxxbox Founder and Creative Director, Jason Bird, says the design is one he has been toying with for sometime.
“I’ve been playing with the idea of this design for nearly 10 years – the key design elements of the collection, the soft-look top, the integration between this and the timber legs and the sleek chair profiles,” says Bird.
“It has taken this long for design technology and production techniques to develop to a point where wecould achieve the fantastic juxtopostion between a moulded top and timber legs,” he says.
In developing its latest collection of chairs and stools – the Pillow Collection – Luxxbox design studio has taken the knowledge and the experience they’ve gained over ten years designing and manufacturing functional, contemporary furniture and rolled it into the perfect package of seating.
