Bespoke Habitat has unveiled a new category of housing called Short-Term Accommodation Services (STAS), aimed at providing affordable options for families in need of temporary housing solutions. With a starting price of S$4,500, STAS is specifically designed to cater to families seeking comfortable and convenient accommodation during transitional periods, such as relocations, home renovations, or extended visits in Singapore.
Located at 64C Telok Kurau, the STAS accommodations consist of eight fully furnished apartments, with two to three bedrooms and penthouses spanning 1,000 to 1,600 square feet. Families can expect comfortable living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and private bedrooms, as well as amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and on-site laundry facilities. The strategic location also offers easy access to nearby shopping malls, including Marine Park and East Coast Park.
Each STAS unit is equipped with in-house cleaning services such as Bespoke CleanPro and BH Aircon Solutions, accessible via a dedicated app. Through a user-friendly app, tenants and owners can easily schedule cleaning services, track the status of their requests in real-time, and access a range of other services with just a few taps on their smartphones Real-time updates and notifications keep residents informed throughout the process.
To provide maximum flexibility, the new service offers flexible lease options ranging from three months to a year. This allows families to tailor their stay duration according to their unique circumstances and preferences, eliminating the need for long-term commitments.
Ernee Ong, Co-Founder of Bespoke Habitat, expressed the company’s understanding of the challenges faced by families in finding affordable and convenient housing solutions amidst rising rental prices in Singapore. Ong explained, “Our new short-term accommodation service for families is designed to provide a stress-free and comfortable living experience, with all the amenities that modern families need to thrive.”
This launch comes on the heels of Bespoke Habitat’s expansion of Bespoke Habitat Signatures, which caters to senior executives and professionals seeking spacious and private accommodations. By challenging the traditional rental market, Bespoke Habitat aims to provide innovative housing solutions that address the diverse needs of its clientele.
The co-living start-up plans to expand into new Asian markets, including Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand, focusing on major cities where demand for affordable and convenient housing solutions remains high.
