April 4th, 2011
Held in conjunction with Saturday in Design, Launch Pad has evolved since its inception in 2004, using ongoing feedback from both finalists and the design community to develop into the project it has become today.
What started as a humble program for emerging designers has now become a full program of events, including an exhibition of prototypes, an afternoon of mentoring and an evening function to network with key industry figures and celebrate the achievements of the Launch Pad. The finalists receive critique from an esteemed panel of local judges. This year we aim to provide more specific mentoring and critiquing opportunities for each of our finalists, targeting their area of interest so that they receive the best advice possible.
Entries are open from Thursday 18 February and close Monday 3 May.
