Burgman Anglican School’s new, 900-m2, environmentally friendly addition, by Collard Clarke Jackson, houses six classrooms, a staff workroom and a textbook store. The final stage for Gungalla Campus (hero image) was completed in January 2009.
Collard Clarke Jackson will also be responsible for the Burgmann Anglican School’s Forde Campus building. Stage one, a preschool, kindergarten and year one building, will be completed in March 2009. Stage two will commence next year.

The IA Group are close to completing the refurbishment of an existing 4,000-m2 office building for Crimtrac in Canberra, which was completed in February.
They have also been busy working on a fit-out for the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations – a 6,000-m2 project at 17 Moore St, completed in February 2009.
IA Group have also completed work on Medicare Australia’s office in Tuggeranong, where the focal point is an atrium breakout space.

Williams Boag are currently in the documentation stage of an open learning school in Canberra. The Gungahlin school will feature theatre and performance spaces, visual arts facilities, a gymnasium and shared public/school library. Williams Boag are working with Munn Sly Architects in Canberra to complete the project, which will host 900 students from the local area.
The company are also completing a development of the new Transport Accident Commission in Canberra in conjunction with FPK. The site is 12,000 m2 and was due for completion in January.
