The line-up of speakers and events at Melbourne’s State of Design Festival looks set to create an inspiring and thought-provoking event, with its Design That Moves theme exploring some big ideas.
A highlight is the 9 to 5 Talks Program, a series of live Skype conversations held over 5 days of the festival.

Some of Melbourne’s leading designers will pose 9 critical questions to 5 international design thinker contemporaries, all of whom engage with issues and ideas surrounding emotional authenticity, design systems, globalisation and social impact.

Troika
They are multi-disciplinary UK design team Troika, interiors goddess Ilse Crawford, South Korean design and planning guru Kyung-Won Chung, fashion designer Gareth Pugh and renowned designer-illustrator Milton Glaser – best known for his ’I ♥ NY’ logo.
