December 17th, 2013
The combined portfolio and services of Café Culture + Insitu offers contract and retail customers one the industry’s strongest and most extensive furniture and lighting offerings, catering for commercial and residential projects of all sizes. Harnessing the long-standing reputations of both companies within the Australian design community, the union of Café Culture + Insitu serves to expand the two companies’ capabilities and service offering, strengthening their ability to support both contract and retail customers.
“This is an extremely exciting time for Café Culture + Insitu, as well as the Australian architecture and design (A&D) industry. With combined experience working within the industry, both Café Culture and Insitu have worked with many of Australia’s leading design firms to support the completion of major projects across commercial, hospitality, education, health care and residential sectors,” says Managing Director of Café Culture + Insitu, Marnie Hammond-Donnelly.
“The joining of Café Culture + Insitu reflects a rise in market demand for authentic furniture and lighting of world-class quality. With our capabilities now combined, Café Culture + Insitu is better equipped than ever before to service the growth taking place in architecture and design sectors within the Australasian region,” says Ms Hammond-Donnelly.
“Café Culture + Insitu represents a leading selection of European and Australian design brands. And one of the benefits of Café Culture + Insitu’s joining of forces is the expansion – in both breadth and selection – of furniture and lighting products available to our customers. Our expanded offering better enables us to support a greater diversity of needs across a larger range of project sectors.”
Ms Hammond-Donnelly says the joining of the two companies is being undertaken with very little disruption to daily operations. Café Culture + Insitu continues to service the A&D community right across Australia, with showrooms located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and distributors in South Australia and Western Australia.
