No more excuses for leaving the bike at home.

Here to combat greenhouse emissions and join Australians in fighting global warming are the ‘Cyclepods’. Don’t be alarmed. They may appear to come from another planet, but have only travelled from the UK.
London based designer and manufacturer James Steward, of Cyclepods Ltd, has created a bicycle storage solution that is sustainable, space saving and secure.
The award winning Cyclepods are made from recycled and recyclable materials and can be lit by solar-powered security lights.
They are designed to take up 40 percent less space than conventional bike racks, and Steward has added three additional designs to suit a variety of spaces and users.
Cyclepods provide three locking areas for your bike and London’s Design Against Crime Research Centre described them as “an exemplary method of storing bikes securely and efficiently”.
James Steward will be in Melbourne from 16-20 February 2009. For more information, contact Australian distributor Richard Pilkington.
