The CHIPS chair is all about creating a soft, curving and comfortable offering.
Italian furniture brand Chairs&More describes itself as offering great design at an affordable price. At the 2018 Salone del Mobile Milan, the brand released a new piece into its range – the CHIPS chair.
The CHIPS chair is all about creating a soft, curving and comfortable offering. When asked about the design intent behind the new chair, the brand expressed that, “For CHIPS, we were looking forward to developing a product with an upholstered seat and back that could be easily customised with a range of different fabrics.”
CHIPS is designed by Studio Pastina, an Italian design studio that specialises in furniture.
The main feature of the CHIPS range, is the upholstered top, with a versatile base option. Designers can specify between timber legs or a metal sled base, while the colours and variety of upholstery options make the CHIPS chair truly versatile and able to be used in almost any scenario.
