ClubCo is a co-working space in the CBD where people can come to work, dine and network.

The growing emphasis on an agile workforce, and on collaboration as a stepping stone to greater innovation has seen the concept of co-working grow and evolve to serve not just startups, but larger firms, too.
Indeed, co-working options are increasing exponentially and with that, it’s not surprising to see growing competition paving the way for new ideas and differentiation within the marketplace.
One of the latest to open, ClubCo is strategically located in the heart of the CBD on 20 Cross Street, China Square Central, just behind Club Meatballs. Its been designed as an ‘all-in-one’ co-working space where members can come and not just work, but also host client meetings and organise networking events – and do it all affordably.
ClubCo features Dedicated areas with full-time, fixed workstations and lockers; Touchdown areas that are slightly more private, but without fixed desks; and a Collaborative café environment where people can work in, meet and interact with other people. Memberships in these three options are fully redeemable in the form of food and beverage at ClubCo Café and Club Meatballs, as well as other on-site services. There’s also a boardroom and meeting pod for those with more formal meeting requirements.
General Manager Charlie Brazier describes ClubCo as a “lifestyle co-working” concept where one’s “work and life combine, and networking is the focus.”
“With the changing way people are working, ClubCo gives workers options for collaborative working or private working depending on their needs. Besides providing all of one’s business needs such as a desk, storage, meeting rooms, printing and concierge services, we also combine your work life with quality food and beverage,” says Brazier.
ClubCo also serves as a showroom for furniture brands that have a desire to showcase their office products in a high traffic, business part of town. Current or upcoming brands at ClubCo include HÅG, Velvaere, Bolon, Woven Image, Chargifi, Hotbox and Angelpoise.
“[Co-working] is all about combining workspaces and community to create new opportunities and ways of doing business,” says Brazier. In a space where work partners up with play, it appears ClubCo is well on that track.
