Responding to the growing demand for quality home furniture and fittings, Italian kitchen specialist Roberto Design – headquartered in Singapore – has opened the first Valcucine showroom here. Originating from Italy, Valcucine is renowned for its premium kitchens designed to last for generations.

Since its inception in 1980, Valcucine has managed to transform the cooking experience with kitchen lines that combine values of quality, functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics and safety. It has also recognised the power of the kitchen as a social space, evolving its products to host meaningful gatherings. Every Valcucine kitchen has been thought out and planned in consideration of the user’s processes and needs to maximise cooking pleasure.

Four new systems were introduced alongside the unveiling of the new showroom.

New Logica System

The New Logica System is diverse and adaptable to the varying requirements of each user. The back wall section and sleek drawers are integrated into the working counter, offering a flexible system for storage. Upper lift-up doors and lower sliding doors open and close gently to reveal and conceal kitchen equipment and appliances. While keeping the kitchen space neat and clutter-free, items are also within reach throughout the cooking process.

New Logica 

Invitrum

Conventional kitchens often provide base units that are installed side by side, resulting in a 26-mm thickness and wasted space. Invitrum is the first base unit kitchen system that eliminates double-sided panels, constructed entirely out of aluminium and glass. In keeping with the brand’s commitment to sustainable design, Invitrum saves at least 73% on raw materials. The edgeless quality ensures that the doors and working counter are water-resistant for long-term use.

Artematica

Artematica

Artematica is composed of a 100% aluminium structural frame at 5-mm thick, using at least 65% lesser material than a standard door. The system has been designed to ensure smooth movements in the kitchen. Besides being resistant to humidity, heat and impact, the heavy-load cabinet doors close softly. Round edges and corners ensure safety. 

SineTempore

SineTempore

Bearing a warm and homely aesthetic, SineTempore combines the worlds of small artisanal workshops worldwide, creating a kitchen associated with memories and emotions. Expressing values of heritage and tradition, SineTempore hosts painstakingly handcrafted inlays, carvings and mosaics, while surfaces of the worktop back panels have been created using an age-old brush hammering technique.

The wood featured in SineTempore is protected by water-based varnishes, ensuring resistance to kitchen liquids, while preserving the natural touch and feel of the material.
