Susan Lim, Head of Client Engagement, HASSELL
Susan Lim has over 20 years’ experience in workplace briefing, strategy, space planning, design and change management. She has worked with a diverse range of clients throughout Australia and Asia. Her interests lie in how the behaviour of people is influenced by their environment and the experience of place over time and through change.
Michael Wiener, Director Singapore Operations, Principal, Gensler
Over 20 years with Gensler, Michael Wiener has held leadership positions in the firm’s San Francisco, Los Angeles and Tokyo offices. In 2009 he established the Singapore office to serve clients across Southeast Asia. The office is involved in workplace, consulting, hospitality and mixed-use projects. Michael is a strong advocate of design as a transformative tool.
Matthew Burke, Regional Leader – Asia, Geyer
Matthew Burke recently joined Geyer from Robarts Interiors & Architecture, where he was managing the Shanghai office. He brings a human-centred approach to workplace solutions, with experience in developing workplace strategy, facilitating high-level client workshops, and undertaking planning exercises and emerging workplace trends research.

Carsten Lima, Area Director, Asia-Pacific, Design Hotels
With over 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Carsten Lima heads regional operations for Design Hotels™ with a focus on portfolio development and account management. He previously worked with Thomas Cook, British Airways, Franklyn Hotels, Epoque Hotels and Small Luxury Hotels of the World in cities such as Paris, Barcelona and London.
Keti Malkoski, Schiavello Principal – People and Culture, Schiavello
Keti Malkoski assists clients in Schiavello through workspace change, harnessing her expertise in people and culture considerations. Her on-going research aims to understand diversity in people and the impact of workspaces on employee attitudes and behaviour. Her work assists clients in optimising their future workspace strategy to ultimately improve employee and business effectiveness.
Richard Munao, Founder and Director, Cult
Richard Munao established retail brand Cult (formerly Corporate Culture) in 1997 and has built a comprehensive furniture, lighting and accessory collection for the Australian and New Zealand market with international brand partners. Cult is actively involved in discovering and mentoring emerging talent in Australia and New Zealand, and also manufactures products under its own brand.
Born in Italy, Dario Reicherl has been living in Asia since 2003. In the past 15 years he has introduced European design brands such as Tecnocucina, Novamobili, Lightyears, Delightfull and Dr Vranjes to Asia Pacific. He joined Republic of Fritz Hansen in 2014 and has since overseen the opening of eleven new Fritz Hansen stores in Asia Pacific.
