The ILVE H90SD takes the art of controlled heating to new heights.
October 1st, 2011
The new H-series 90cm five-burner gas cooktop from ILVE draws on nearly 60 years of manufacturing experience and excellence for the best regulated heat and cooking outcomes.
It features a dual control, triple ring all-purpose super wok burner where the inner ring can be controlled separately for the most delicate of temperature changes. Strategically centred on the far left of the cooktop, this burner has also been designed to accommodate a large wok without disturbing the remaining cooking surface, which features a further 2 medium and 2 small gas burners.
With all ILVE gas cooktops, you can simmer at the lowest temperatures that your recipe calls for or go to searing heat in an instant; the precision heat settings ensure perfect cooking control.
All ILVE gas burners are fitted with flame failure cut out devices.
