Looking beyond a conventional work environment, Schiavello’s workplace program, Climate, is a heavily research-based philosophy focused on understanding the increasing diversity of workplace cultures.
As the first work environment tool created from the user perspective, Climate empowers individuals and teams to work either collaboratively or privately.
Users also have the ability to easily alter their physical work environment on demand – and in many instances, without the need of a specialist.
Schiavello is inviting leading practitioners in architecture, interior design, industrial design, fashion and art to collaborate on the program; the initial release saw fashion designer Akira Isogawa, avant-garde label, S!X, Italian colour expert, Giulio Ridolfo and architect Chris Bosse of visionary architecture firm Lava design an exclusive collection of dividing markers.
One of Australia’s most respected interior construction specialists, Schiavello is also recognised worldwide for its design and manufacture of intelligent office systems and occasional furniture.
