The correct temperature determines the taste of the wine and thus you’re drinking pleasure. Multi zone wine cellars can feature anywhere up to five different temperature zones allowing red wine, white wine and even champagnes to be served at their correct drinking temperatures. The WTEes2053 features two temperature zones with the ability to set the temperature anywhere between 5oC to 20oC.
An electronic control system makes it easy to adjust the temperature and the LED digital temperature display makes it easy to see at a glance that your wine is being stored at your selected temperature. The WTEes2053 can accommodate up to 64 Bordeaux bottles (750ml) and also has two separately adjustable cooling circuits. Other features include 4 wooden pull out shelves mounted and telescopic rails and an active charcoal filter. Air quality is essential to the maturing process, since wine continues to breathe through the cork. This charcoal filter ensures a constant supply of fresh, clean air while the wine is maturing.
