On Wednesday October 22nd, TSAR Carpets welcomed press and fellow designers into their showroom to celebrate the official launch of their New York Headquarters.

It was also a celebration of the new Aquarelle collection designed by Julia Gentil. The range fuses colour gradation techniques and the blending of NZ wool and silk fibers to create a fluid and alluring work of art.
Drawing on over 30 years of experience, David Sharpley still thrives on pushing the boundaries. He is constantly looking to create new interpretations of design by challenging the limits of traditional techniques in carpet manufacturing and this new collection is a true reflection of this.
