Founders Hans and Mimi Marti established the company in 1986, drawing on their professional expertise, creative flair, marketing acumen and extensive network of European contacts to launch the specialist fabric house.
Operating out of their Prahran showroom in Melbourne, Metroweave specialises in exclusive importation and distribution of interior textiles from Europe’s most respected fabric manufacturers.
Their specialist selection of fabrics offers interior designers and decorators an inspiring selection of window coverings, upholstery and soft furnishing fabrics.
Drawing on a wealth of experience and a gift for design, the duo also offers an expert advisory service to clients on both private and commercial requirements.
