Alannah Hill’s flagship Sydney store is the result of a close collaboration between David Hicks Interior Design and Soho Projects.

Soho Projects are making a name for themselves with a series of high end retail spaces demonstrating their attention to detail and talent for sourcing quality materials.
We recently featured their work on Melbourne’s Lesley Kehoe Galleries. The specialist building company has followed this up with a beautiful new fit-out for Alannah Hill’s new flagship store in Sydney’s Strand Arcade.
Working closely with David Hicks Interior Design, the Soho Projects team helped to bring the vision for a new generation of Alannah Hill stores to reality.
Bringing a high end retailer to an even higher level, Soho Projects sourced fixtures and fittings to give the store a luxurious boudoir feel.
In a short 3-week timeframe, the team found the perfect materials from Australia and Europe. Bespoke chandeliers, crystal door knobs, padded fabric doors, mirrored walls, English wallpaper, plush carpets and an most advanced lighting system created the sense of glamour that the best international retailers exude.
Soho Projects have continued their excellent track record for attention to detail and quality work within limited timeframes with flagship stores for David Lawrence in Melbourne’s Chatswood Chase, SABA on Collins Street and Oakley in Sydney.
The team is now helping another key international retailer enter Australia with the new Vera Wang flagship store.
