The company, originally a supplier of theatrical textiles, later branched out into contract textiles, developing engineered textiles for commercial applications. The companyís comprehensive collection includes various coloured and textured textiles for seating, windowcoverings and walls. Maharam enjoys a close working relationship with Danish textile company Kvadrat, as the two companies share a common vision of innovation and excellence in design. Together the international partners boast a collection of designs from industry heavyweights such as Tord Boontje, Paul Smith and many more.
